Spending time outside in nature nourishes my spirit, and the landscape provides me with endless inspiration for playing with paint. I capture the light and color of the landscape through photos, sketches, and videos and return to the studio to distill and translate those images into paintings that evoke emotion, memory, and a sense of place.
