Lisa Marder is a member of the National Association of Women Artists Massachusetts Chapter. She received her Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Harvard University in 1985 and was a teaching assistant and studio instructor at the Department of Visual and Environmental Studies at Harvard while practicing landscape design. She lives on the South Shore of Boston and has taught drawing, painting, and photography at the South Shore Art Center in Cohasset, MA and at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, MA. She was the Painting Expert for the website About.com for several years and a writer for Thoughtco.com. Her award-winning work is very much inspired by the landscapes of New England and can be found in both private and corporate collections.

TEACHING
